At MadGoth, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple and stress-free.

Return Overview

Return window:
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of items:
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

Coverage:
This return policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.

Our customer support team is always available to guide you through the process.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will cover the full return shipping cost. You will not be charged in these cases.

If you change your mind
If you ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the product, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Please note: original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us:
   Email us at contact@madgoth.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. Pack your item:
   Securely package the product, ideally in its original packaging with all included components.

3. Ship your return:
   Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email and drop off the package with the designated carrier.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
Please allow an additional up to 7 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?
Contact us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange quickly and efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will always be clearly stated on the product page.
